Juanita returned to S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2018 as a Regional Property Manager after previously retiring from the industry. She brings with her an unmatched breadth of knowledge and experience in the multifamily field as well as years of leadership in industry groups. Since joining the multifamily team, she has successfully upheld hands-on approach to property management she has developed over her years of experience. Her strong leadership skills and detailed approach to every task she takes on ensure the success of the community and the satisfaction of her residents.
