Prior to joining the S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. team, LaTonya began her multifamily career in 1992 working as a Leasing Specialist in Atlanta, GA. She advanced into a Property Management role, transitioning in 2006 to the Residential Mortgage Industry as a Mortgage Underwriter Team Lead. LaTonya re-entered the multifamily management field in 2014 bringing a financial background and collective experience that has enhanced her skills as a Multifamily Property Manager.

In 2022, LaTonya joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. as a Regional Property Manager bringing her experience of managing large portfolios spread over multiple states along the East Coast. In her current role, she assists clients with portfolios including Low-Income Tax Credit, FDIC, Project Based Section 8, Senior Living, as well as Conventional communities.  With over 25 years of experience, she has honed in on her abilities in client relationship management and asset performance, providing a solid foundation for her role as Regional Property Manager.
