About Michael
Michael joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in April 2022. Since joining the multifamily managment team he has successfully taken on responsibilty for the Raleigh area markets overseeing several properties.
Prior to his time at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Michael was worked in the multifamily industry for over 30 years primarily in North Carolina and South Carolina markets. Those years of experience has allowed his skillset to remain well-rounded within the maintenance area of property management as well as operations.
