Zach joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2018 with a wide range of experience including market research, sales, and leasing of commercial real estate. Born and raised in Virginia Beach, he moved to Richmond in 2014 to attend Virginia Commonwealth University. Upon graduation he joined CoStar as a full-time researcher, handling portfolios of brokers’ listings in markets throughout the US.
Zach obtained his real estate license in 2018 to become actively involved in the rapidly expanding Richmond market, representing sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants in their transactions. He combines his focus on integrity, attention to detail, and extensive research experience to provide the highest standard of service. He looks forward to working with one of the most established brokerages in the state to provide the best resources possible to his clients.
