Norfolk, VA (April 2026) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce Trolley House Refreshments Inc., a growing provider of vending, micro-market, and office coffee services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, has purchased a 60,010 square foot industrial facility situated on 10.65 acres at 2210 Paramount Avenue in Chesapeake, Virginia, for $6,250,000. The property was acquired from CIG Paramount LLC.
Martin Murden and Austin Glaser of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the buyer in the transaction.
The purchase supports Trolley House Refreshments Inc.’s continued growth and operational expansion, providing a strategically located facility with ample space for distribution, warehousing, and future scalability within the Hampton Roads market.
