NORFOLK, VA (July 2022) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $54 million in sales and lease volume on 510,285 square feet and approximately 47 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• Rocksteady Fitness Group has leased 16,700 square feet of retail space in Chesterfield Marketplace Shopping Center located at 1345 Carmia Way in Richmond, VA. Zach Hernandez and Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
• Know Knew Books has leased 13,652 square feet of retail space at 360 West Shopping Center located at 7606 Hull Street Road in N. Chesterfield, VA. Tom Langston, Andrew Brodie and Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
• Norfolk State University has leased 12,971 square feet of industrial space at 2301 Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, VA. Pierce Jacobson and Mike Zarpas represented the landlord.
