Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the purchase of a 13-acre parcel located at the corner of Midlothian Turnpike and Alverser Drive in Midlothian, Virginia for $16,000,000 by SJC Ventures, a premier Atlanta-based mixed-use, grocery-anchored retail and multifamily development firm. Larry Agnew and Andrew Thacker provided Buyer Advisory services in this transaction.
The site will be transformed into “Midlothian Depot,” a mixed-use development offering Chesterfield County residents a range of amenities, such as a national, high-end specialty grocer, various retail shops, restaurants, residential options, extensive multi-modal pathways, large open greenspaces, a dog park, and more.
