NORFOLK, VA (December 2025) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $32 million in sales and lease volume on 213,856 square feet and approximately 22 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:
NEW LEASES:
  • MacGregor USA, Inc. has leased 18,300 square feet of industrial space at 981 Scott Street in Norfolk, VA. Anthony Grecco and Paul Peck represented the tenant.
  • Brothers Outlet has leased 9,625 square feet of retail space at Chesterfield Marketplace located at 1293 Carmia Way in Richmond, VA. Sarah Sadler, Deshaan Johnson and Elliot Warsof represented the tenant.
  • Closets by Design of Virginia Beach has leased 6,409 square feet of industrial space at 5721 Bayside Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord.
  • Wise Scholars, Inc. has leased 5,280 square feet of commercial space at 2217 W. Great Neck Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Martin Murden and Bill Overman, CCIM represented the landlord.
