Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that RaceTrac, through Del Lago Ventures, Inc., a Georgia corporation wholly owned by RaceTrac, has acquired approximately 6.05 acres located at 2925 Pruden Boulevard, Suffolk, Virginia, for $4,769,898, marking another strategic expansion in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The seller, Port 460 Owner, LP, a Delaware corporation, is affiliated with the development of Port 460 Logistics Center, a large-scale industrial project being developed through a joint venture between Rockefeller Group and Matan Companies.

The transaction was facilitated by Larry Agnew and Sam Rapoport of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., who represented RaceTrac in the acquisition.
