About Frank
Frank began his career with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 1994 as Vice President of Shopping Center Management, where he was responsible for the oversight of their 6 million square foot retail portfolio. He became a partner in S.L. Nusbaum and a Senior Vice President in 1998. Since 2008, he has focused on Asset Management responsibilities for a 17 property, $500,000,000 portfolio of shopping centers and multi-family communities in Hampton Roads and Richmond. He also serves on the S. L. Nusbaum Board of Directors.
