Aaron, a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the multifamily industry, joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2004. Over the years, he has excelled in various leadership positions within the firm, culminating in his promotion to Senior Vice President and Co-Director of the company’s nationally recognized multifamily division in 2013. The following year, Aaron was elevated to partner status within the firm.

In his current role, Aaron is accountable for the comprehensive management of the company’s portfolio and spearheads new business development initiatives. His responsibilities extend across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions, where he leads a team dedicated to managing a diverse range of asset classes, including affordable housing, value-add properties, repositioning projects, and market-rate developments.

Aaron’s career is marked by his oversight of significant renovation and repositioning projects for thousands of units, as well as the successful lease-up of over 40 newly developed communities across various markets. In addition to his role as Co-Director, Aaron contributes to the company’s strategic direction as a member of the executive committee and the board of directors.
