Richmond, VA – (March 2019) S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that Andrew M. Pegalis, JD, RPLU, ARM, has joined the firm’s Richmond office as Vice President, and will focus on identifying development and investment opportunities, as well as the management of assets for various partnerships.
Andrew brings with him an extensive background in the industry including, but not limited to, Managing Member of Acclaim Properties, LLC, a commercial real estate investment, management and development group based in Richmond and Senior Account Executive and General Counsel for Armfield, Harrison & Thomas, Inc., an insurance services firm located in Leesburg, VA.
Andrew is a graduate of Emory University with a B.A. in Economics and The American University – Washington College of Law with a Juris Doctor.
