Taylor Pointe Apartments

Taylor Pointe serves the residents of Western Branch and surrounding areas, consisting of 120 units in 10 buildings, each 3 stories. Taylor Pointe is within walking distance to the Taylor Bend Family YMCA and in close proximity to area attractions such as bowling at AMF Western Branch lanes and the Cinemark theatre at Chesapeake Square Mall. This community also offers direct access to Interstate 664 for travels to the peninsula via the Monitor Merrimac Bridge Tunnel and access to Norfolk via Route 164 and the midtown tunnel.

Taylor Pointe was developed by S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 1996 and was later sold in 2011. S.L. Nusbaum continued management of the property during and after the sale, and continues to manage the property as of today.
