Alex joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.’s Richmond office in 2026 as an Associate within the Commercial Brokerage & Advisory division. He works alongside experienced brokerage professionals, assisting clients with a wide range of commercial real estate needs, including market research, property analysis, leasing, investment sales, and business development initiatives.
A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Alex developed a strong foundation in business development, client relations, and commercial real estate through hands-on industry experience. Prior to joining S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., he gained valuable exposure to investment sales and commercial real estate transactions through an internship with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Nashville, while also building customer-focused sales experience in the retail sector.
