Amanda joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2021 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2022. Amanda oversees a portfolio of communities in the Charlotte metro Area and has experience managing affordable and conventional properties. She began her multifamily career in 2002.
