Annette began her career with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 1994. During her tenure with the Multifamily team, she mastered many positions such as Leasing Consultant, Community Manager and Senior Community Manager. In 2022, Annette was promoted to Regional Property Manager and is currently responsible for overseeing the operations of a portfolio of communities in the Hampton Roads region.
