Aseret joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2015 as a Senior Community Manager and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2017. Aseret oversees a portfolio of communities in Arlington, VA and has experience managing LIHTC and conventional properties. She began her multifamily career in 2009 and holds over 10 years of Real Estate Sales experience in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
