About Betty
Betty MacGeorge joined the multifamily management team at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in March 2023 bringing a long tenure of experience within the industry.
Betty holds both CAM & CAPS designations and she obtained her C3P Tax Credit Compliance Professional designation in 2022. Previously, she served on the board of directors for both the Charlotte Apartment Association and the Triad Apartment Association. She was granted emeritus status with the National Apartment Association in 2019 after completing 25 years of service in the multi-family industry. Additionally, her experience includes direct oversight of lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations, repositions, and physically stressed assets.
