Blair Kinchen, CPA, CGMA, MSA serves as Vice President of Finance at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., where he plays an integral role in jointly leading the Accounting & Finance department. In this capacity, he works to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, provides strategic oversight on budgeting and forecasting, and supports decision-making that drives the company’s long-term success. Blair’s leadership helps guide the organization’s overall financial strategy, while also fostering efficiency and operational excellence within the department. His efforts contribute directly to the continued growth and stability of the company’s business operations.

Blair brings extensive experience across both the public accounting sector and private industry. His career includes leadership positions as Tax Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Business Process Manager, and Strategic Leader. This experience equips him to strengthen financial strategy, enhance operational processes, and provide valuable insights to the organization.
