About Cathleen
Cathleen began her career in the Hampton Roads commercial real estate community in 1990 and has been part of the S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. team since 1994. Her position as Senior Lease Analyst and Supervisor of the Commercial Lease Administration department has her functioning as liaison between owners and tenants, overseeing all facets of lease contract compliance.
Her portfolio consists of over 2 million sq ft of retail & office space including the Class A mixed use development, Wells Fargo Complex in Norfolk and the esteemed Hilltop North Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. Additionally, she maintains a separate lease portfolio consisting of over 150 banking & mortgage locations in VA, NC, MD & PA.
