Courtney
Lundquist, HCCP, CAPS

Courtney Lundquist joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2006 and oversees properties in the Southeastern region. Courtney has over 23 years of successful property management experience working in both  conventional and affordable housing (existing and new construction) in the mid-west and southeast. She was part of the first GCAA Leadership Lyceum in 2009, was named GCAA’s Manager of the Year in 2010, and has completed her CAPS designation through the NAA. She was named Corporate Employee of the Year for S.L. Nusbaum  Realty Co. in 2012 and GCAA Volunteer of the Year in 2012. She served as chair of the membership committee in 2012, Treasurer of the Board in 2013 and Vice President for 2014 and President in 2015.
