Debbie joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. as a Leasing Consultant in 2002 and was promoted to Community Manager in 2004. Her years of experience overseeing tax credit and conventional communities in the Northern Virginia market led to her previous role of Regional Property Manager and her current role of Regional Vice President.
