Diana began her career within the Multifamily industry in 1995 working as a part time Leasing Specialist while going to graduate school at Old Dominion University.  Her people centric nature, eagerness to please and strong leadership skills enabled her to quickly advance in her roles thus setting her career path into motion.  Coming on board with SL Nusbaum in 2001 as a Community Manager Diana successfully oversaw operations of multiple communities, community renovations and lease up campaigns until 2013.

After a brief separation from the company, she returns bringing the experience of managing large portfolios spread over multiple states along the East Coast consisting of Low Income Tax Credit, FDIC, Project Based Section 8, Senior Living and Conventional communities.  With over 25 years of experience, she has honed in on her abilities in client relationship management and asset performance, providing a solid foundation for her role as Regional Property Manager.
