Nusbaum Realty Co. as a commercial brokerage Associate in 2025, bringing with him five years of experience in residential real estate brokerage and property management with Lawson Realty Group, LLC. During his tenure, he successfully sold over 75 properties, facilitated more than 100 new management agreements, and maintained a 97% occupancy rate while overseeing a portfolio of 200+ single-family rental units in the Roanoke market.
