Gresock

James  is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.  He manages the development process for projects from site selection through pre-development requirements and construction. He is involved in anchor-tenant and out-parcel transactions.  James also has background in commercial brokerage and consulting, providing professional services in the areas of market research and evaluation, development consulting and management, and investment analysis.

Oversaw development of 5 shopping centers in the Richmond area and 4 in the Williamsburg area, including Monticello Marketplace, Williamsburg, VA—anchored by Target, T.J. Maxx and Martin’s Supermarket; Chesterfield Plaza, Richmond, VA—anchored by Lowes, Best Buy and Dick’s Sporting Goods; and Quarterpath Crossing Shopping Center, Williamsburg, VA—Harris-Teeter’s entry location in the Williamsburg, VA market.
