About Joy
Joy possesses over 20 years of tax credit experience, starting with the National Housing Corporation in 1995 where she worked with 10 state agencies regarding tax credit issues. She joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. as Compliance Specialist in 2001 and became the Director of Affordable Housing Compliance in 2002 and Vice President in 2010.
OVERVIEW
The S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Compliance Department currently oversees compliance requirements for over one hundred affordable housing communities in Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland.
