Karen joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2004 and currently oversees several properties in both Florida and Virginia Beach, VA. She began her multifamily career in 1998 as a leasing agent with PRG Real Estate Management and was soon promoted to Community Manager and then Regional Property Manager.
