About Karlynn
Karlynn Knorr Mehlmann joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2019 as a Senior Community Manager and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2022. Prior to joining S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., Karlynn served as the Multifamily Marketing Manager for Harbor Group Management Co., LLC (HGM) providing operational support for community teams representing over 25,000 units across the country. With over 14 years in the Multifamily Management industry, Karlynn oversees a portfolio of luxury communities throughout Hampton Roads.
