Kristen joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2006 with an extensive background in customer service.  Since she joined the multifamily team, she has had several roles at the community level including: Leasing Consultant, Leasing Manager, Assistant Community Manager and even unofficial roles such as Therapist, Counselor and Financial Advisor.  In 2016, Kristen accepted a Marketing Assistant position at the corporate level and was quickly promoted to Training Specialist.  With the help and support of other team members, Kristen has been able to create and promote a successful training program.  As the Training Specialist, she educates on-site personnel and provides instructional resources.  The training program was created with the idea that everyone learns differently and that with the proper tools, everyone will grow and succeed.
