About Kristin
Kristin joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in real estate accounting and process improvements. Prior to joining SLN, Kristin held leadership roles at local property management firms, including Harbor Group International, where she began as a Senior Accountant and progressed to a Senior Manager overseeing complex financial operations and building a team to manage partnership accounting for over 1,145 entities. With a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Longwood University, Kristin is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of property management accounting and deliver insightful financial strategies.
