Krystle joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2021 as a Regional Property Manager , where she oversees the day-to-day and strategic operations of both conventional and affordable apartment communities in Northern Virginia.

With nearly two decades of progressive experience in multifamily housing, Krystle has successfully led high profile lease ups, complex new construction launches, and challenging rehab projects, consistently delivering double digit occupancy growth, improved NOI, and stronger resident retention. Over the course of her career, she has managed a portfolio of up to 12 properties simultaneously, balancing operation excellence with proactive leadership.

Krystle is recognized for her ability to revitalize underperforming assets, instill a culture of accountability and collaboration, and develop teams into high achieving, long term contributors.
