Regional Property Manager
Krystle joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. as a Regional Property Manager in 2021. She currently oversees operations of both conventional and affordable apartment communities in Northern Virginia and Richmond markets.
She began her career as a Leasing Consultant with Winn Residential in 2002. Through the course of her career, Krystle has been promoted to Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager and now Regional Manager. Over her 19-year tenure she has managed up to 12 properties. She has been recognized for winning Regional Manager of the Quarter multiple times throughout 2019 and 2020.
Krystle’s experience and knowledge allows her to take under achieving properties and create communities with high occupancy, positive cash flows and cultivates a team environment in which others can grow in their positions with training, support and commitment to the owners and asset preservation.
