About Kyle
Kyle began his multifamily career in 2011 and joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2019 as a Multi-site Community Manager. In 2022, he was promoted to Regional Property Manager and now oversees a portfolio of communities across Norfolk, VA and Richmond, VA. Kyle has experience in class-A lease-up, HUD conventional, historical-adaptive reuse, VHDA Bond, and value-add communities.
