INTRODUCTION
Maggie joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2020 as a member of the Shopping Center Leasing Division, where she provided landlord and tenant representation services for numerous retail centers throughout the Hampton Roads region. In her role as Vice President of Private Asset Management, she is responsible for overseeing an 18-property portfolio that includes both shopping centers and multifamily assets in the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.
Before joining S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., Maggie served as Director of Commercial Real Estate at McKinley Companies, Inc. She was responsible for the comprehensive management of their commercial portfolio, totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail, office, and triple net ground lease properties. Her responsibilities included overseeing general operations, supervising construction projects, managing budgets, and negotiating leases and renewals.
Maggie’s extensive background and expertise in commercial real estate have equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her new role. Her dedication and strategic vision play a crucial role in driving the success of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.’s private asset management portfolio.
