She held her Real Estate license for 12 years, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to the field. Marianne joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2011 and is a proud original member of SLN Cares, reflecting her dedication to community involvement and company culture.
In her current role, Marianne coordinates the administrative support of the company. She plays a key role in evaluating and reviewing office production and procedures, ensuring optimal efficiency. Additionally, she develops new ways to improve administrative functions, utilizes tools and technology effectively, and oversees comprehensive space planning and utilization strategies.
