Marlaina has grown within S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. since her first day with the company in 2012. Beginning as a Leasing Consultant, she gained instrumental insight into the multifamily industry while working onsite, and over the course of the following years, she was promoted to Assistant Community Manager, Marketing Assistant, and then Marketing Specialist.
Her wit, love of the written word, eye for design, detail-oriented nature, and previous onsite experience converge to skillfully supplement her role within SLN. She is editor of the in-house multifamily corporate newsletter distributed monthly to all multifamily employees, oversees multifamily print and promotional materials, ad implementation, and more. Marlaina’s goal is to help multifamily communities shine on all marketing platforms.
