She joined SL Nusbaum in 2024 as a Tax Credit Compliance Specialist, where she support multiple affordable housing communities by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations while providing guidance and training to site teams.
Marquita is passionate about helping communities remain compliant while building positive working relationships with both property staff and residents.
