Matthew joined the Commercial Division of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2010, marking five generations of Nusbaums to join the firm. His property portfolio spans Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Newport News, Williamsburg, and Richmond, and he is part of the management team of the Wells Fargo Center in downtown Norfolk. Matthew is a Partner in the firm and serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
Matthew has completed over $20 million in all-cash acquisitions across a range of asset types, including single and multi-tenant industrial and retail properties, spanning from the Midwest to Florida. In addition, he has privately financed more than $5 million in real estate for borrowers. His brokerage experience includes self-storage land sales, retail investment transactions, and the sale of an operating marina.
