About Megan
Megan joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2022 as the Benefits Administrator in the Human Resources department, overseeing enrollment, changes, and terminations for all benefit plans and the coordination, and management of annual open enrollment for all benefit plans.
Megan began her career working as an HR Generalist for a non-profit in San Antonio, TX, where she discovered her passion for compensation and benefits. As a Navy spouse, she has continued pursuing her passion for HR in various positions in Augusta, GA and Whidbey Island, WA. Upon her relocation to Virginia Beach, VA Megan completed her Master’s in Human Resources from Penn State University .
