About Melanie
Melanie began her career with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2005 as an Assistant Community Manager for The Landings at Markhams Grant Apartments in Woodbridge, VA and was promoted to Community Manager for The Landings at Markhams Grant Apartments in 2006. Throughout her years with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., she has managed several communities and has assisted in the transition of several newly acquired communities. In 2015, Melanie was promoted to Compliance Specialist for 22 apartment communities in the Northern Virginia Region.
