About Nicole
Nicole joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2004 and since joining the Multifamily team as a leasing consultant and being promoted to Community Manager in 2009, Nicole managed LIHTC communities. Nicole is now a Regional Property Manager and is responsible for overall asset performance and operations of communities on the peninsula.
