Experience

Paul brings with him more than 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, during which time, he has purchased over $1.5 billion worth of assets.  Prior to joining S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., Paul owned Norfolk-based First Home Properties, an acquisition firm specializing in office, industrial and retail assets. At Nusbaum, Paul will continue to pursue income-producing office, office-warehouse and industrial properties, as well as oversee the asset management of these acquisitions.
