Race joined the firm as an Associate in 2026 after gaining hands-on industry experience through internships with both S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. and the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE).
A graduate of Roanoke College, Race built a strong foundation in finance and investment analysis, developing a particular interest in real estate economics, financial planning, and investment strategy. His academic background and analytical approach enable him to evaluate opportunities through both a market and financial lens.
