About Rob
A seasoned professional with over 36 years of property management experience, with a focus on shopping centers. Since 2006, Rob has directed an S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. team that oversees the daily operation of over 80 commercial properties in Virginia. He and his team’s efforts are both strategic and operational, with the goal of maximizing property values, client and tenant satisfaction, and profitability. While away from work, Rob spends time in Lexington, VA and travels the West pursuing his passion for fly fishing iconic trout rivers, hiking, and mountain biking. He has 1 son in Orlando, FL.
