About Rosalynn
Rosalynn joined S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. with more than 20 years of multifamily housing experience, specializing in property management operations across market-rate, affordable, and lease-up communities throughout the Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland markets.
In her role as Vice President, she has overseen a wide range of asset types from acquisition through renovation; she is known for establishing strong operational standards and delivering consistent, high-quality resident and client experiences.
