Sam joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2015. He specializes in Office and Industrial sales and leasing, working with both landlords/owners and tenants/buyers to identify, negotiate, and execute commercial transactions throughout Hampton Roads and Richmond

Sam is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he was an  Academic Scholarship Athlete and a member of the Lacrosse Program for all four years. Prior to his transition to S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., Sam worked in the retail banking industry at TowneBank.
