Sam Zelenka joined the Norfolk office of the Commercial Property Management Division as a Property Manager in 2023, after he successfully completed the extensive S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. summer internship program. Before taking on his current role, Sam gained valuable experience in multifamily leasing at Drucker + Falk and interned with L.M. Sandler & Sons, Inc., where he focused on studying residential development and construction.
A 2023 graduate of Virginia Tech, Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Property Management, showcasing his commitment to honing his expertise in the field.
Sam manages a diverse portfolio consisting of commercial properties and shopping centers, totaling 535,000 square feet spread across 12 properties.
