Sarah joined the Richmond office of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2023, bringing over eight years of commercial real estate experience and quickly establishing herself as a key member of the brokerage and advisory team. She specializes in both tenant and landlord representation, providing expert guidance in sales and leasing across all commercial property types.
Prior to her shift into brokerage, Sarah gained valuable experience while serving as a property manager overseeing the maintenance and occupancy of numerous commercial properties, including office buildings, restaurants and shopping centers. She was responsible for rent collections, handling requests for maintenance or repairs, and negotiating new lease contracts.
