Sharon joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 1989 and remained part of the retail leasing team for 20 years before transitioning to development. As a key member of the multi-family development team, Sharon’s primary functions today include acquisition and due diligence, pre-development planning, zoning and entitlements, and multi-layered financing, with a specialized focus on LIHTC developments. In addition, Sharon oversees operations and provides asset management for S. L. Nusbaum’s 250,000 SF headquarters building.
