About Steve
Steve joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2004 with 20 years of experience managing the operations and marketing functions of companies in several industries, including health care, human resources and multifamily real estate. He is experienced leasing up and turning around a variety of asset types in markets located throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
As Senior Vice President and Co-Director of Operations, Steve teams with Aaron Wyatt to oversee the operations, management and marketing functions of the Multifamily Property Management Department.
